Welcome to Purr& Pounce

I’ve been surrounded by cats for as long as I can remember. From my great grandmother to my grandmother, every woman in my family has always had a cat by her side, it’s something that’s been passed down through generations. Naturally, cats hold a very special place in my heart.

I currently have two cats of my own, and I was raised alongside 17 others. Growing up, my parents were always rescuing street cats making sure they were vaccinated, treated, microchipped, and placed into safe, loving homes, many of which stayed in touch with us throughout the cats’ lives. Being part of that journey from such a young age made caring for cats second nature to me.

I first started cat sitting as a part time job, but very quickly I realised something had changedfor the first time in years, I felt genuinely happy and fulfilled in what I was doing. Every booking, every visit, every cat, and every client brought me joy. I never felt tired or drained, just excited to do more of what I love.

That’s when I knew this is what I’m meant to do!!

I care for every cat as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and lots of love. Whether your cat is affectionate and cuddly or a little more independent (or even feisty!), I’ll make sure they feel safe, respected, and treated like royalty, even if they want to scratch my eyes out because they miss you!

Over the years, I’ve built wonderful relationships with my clients, and I’m proud to have over 40 loyal, repeat customers who continue to trust me with their pets. I’m incredibly grateful for their support, it’s what inspired me to grow and create something bigger.

My goal is to build a warm, trusted community for cat owners and cat lovers a place where you know your cat is in safe, caring hands.
